Personal data policy

Data controller: a private individual, the organiser of the ALZAR project (Dushanbe).

Data questions: phone +992 [НОМЕР], WhatsApp, Telegram.

• name;
• phone or WhatsApp number;
• city;
• address — only for sample delivery;
• company and line of work — only in professional requests;
• your comment, if any;
• estimate and floor-finder details: model, area, amount, answers;
• technical details: date and time of the request, site language and page, country from the IP address (we do not store the IP address itself), date and version of the consent text.

We do not ask for passport details, bank card details or health information.

• to respond to your request — call or message you;
• to prepare an estimate and a quote;
• to deliver samples;
• to keep a record of enquiries;
• to send news and offers — only if you ticked the separate marketing box.

Your consent, given by ticking the box in the request form (Art. 8 of Law No. 1537). A request cannot be sent without consent. Marketing consent is separate and optional.

• Cloudflare — website hosting, request database and spam protection for forms (Turnstile);
• Telegram — the work group where requests reach our managers;
• Yandex Disk — the request log spreadsheet;
• WhatsApp — if you message us there yourself.

These services’ servers are outside the Republic of Tajikistan, so data is transferred abroad (cross-border transfer, Art. 18 of Law No. 1537) on the basis of your consent. We do not sell data or pass it to third parties for advertising.

As long as needed to respond to your request and fulfil the order, but no longer than 3 years from your last contact. After you withdraw consent we stop processing and delete the data within 10 working days.

You can find out what data we hold about you, get a copy, correct it, delete it and withdraw consent (Art. 8 and 25 of Law No. 1537). Message us on WhatsApp or call +992 [НОМЕР] — we reply within 3 working days.

Only if you ticked the marketing box. You can unsubscribe at any time: reply “STOP” to a message or contact us.

The website does not use advertising cookies. Fonts load from our own server. When a form opens, the Cloudflare Turnstile check loads — it receives technical browser data to protect against spam. No web analytics services are connected. If we add them, we will update this policy beforehand.

The website uses a secure connection (HTTPS). Access to requests is password-protected and limited to those who handle them.
