Delivery & payment
ALZAR currently works to order from the factory. We are preparing a warehouse in Dushanbe — stocked models will appear in the catalog marked “in stock”.
Made to order
- Minimum order — 300 m² per colour of one item (thickness and joint type). This is the factory’s condition.
- Lead time — 60–75 days: about 30 days of production plus delivery to Dushanbe.
- Catalog prices are per 1 m² including delivery to Dushanbe.
- Skirting, thresholds and profiles are matched in colour and shipped with the flooring.
Need less than 300 m²
Leave a request with the model and area — we will let you know when the model is in stock in Dushanbe or when an order of the same colour comes together.

Free sample delivery in Dushanbe. Other cities by arrangement.
Delivery to your site
In Dushanbe we agree the cost and time of delivery to the entrance or floor when you order. Other cities in Tajikistan — by carrier, by arrangement.
Payment
At the moment we take requests and prepare estimates — we do not accept payment or prepayment on the website. A manager agrees payment terms, the contract and documents when the order is placed.
Acceptance
On delivery check the number of packs and that they are intact. Before installing, inspect the boards in good light — do not install a board with a visible defect and let us know.
